This updated Peak 9 condo is perfect for your ultimate winter or summer vacation in Breck! Centrally located in the Columbine/Warrior's Mark neighborhood, the condo is a very short walk to Main Street Breckenridge, and all this wonderful town has to offer, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The condo is also a very short walk (.5 mi) to the base area of Peak 9, and the Quicksilver lift!
Inside the condo you will find an updated living room with wood flooring, flat screen TV mounted over the gas fireplace, and comfortable mountain themed furniture. Just off the living room is the cozy and well lit dining area. It has a six seat dining table, perfect for serving family dinner or eating takeout from one of our local restaurants. Just next to the dining area is the open and functional kitchen, with ample space for preparing meals, and storing your groceries.
The master bedroom comes complete with a plush king bed, flat screen TV, and plenty of storage in the closet. The second bedroom is also outfitted with a king bed and plenty of storage, and has direct access to the second bathroom, for your convenience.
The condo also features a community hot tub, plenty of parking, and semi private decks for enjoying the fresh mountain air.

The Snow is the best in the World! You can enjoy FUN skiing November through April and I really LOVE skiing in April. Let’s Do IT!!
